Olivia Rodrigo performed her largest headline concert to date at the Philippine Arena on October 5, 2024, drawing a crowd of 55,000. The show marked her first performance in the Philippines, a country tied to her Filipino heritage.

All “Silver Star” tickets were priced at PHP 1,500 (approximately USD 26, including fees), a move aimed at making the concert accessible to younger audiences. Demand was high, with more than 745,000 users entering the online queue. Tickets sold out within minutes, setting a record for Live Nation Philippines.
Rodrigo donated all net ticket proceeds from the Manila show to Jhpiego Philippines through her Fund 4 Good initiative. The organization provides reproductive health and maternal care services to women and girls. The donation is part of her broader philanthropic efforts, which have raised over USD 2 million globally.

During the concert, Rodrigo referenced her Filipino background. She wore a “Pinoy Pride” tank top and a “Miss So Filipina” sash during the encore and described the audience as one of her loudest crowds. Clips from the performance circulated widely online, including moments where she acknowledged attendees in the audience.
Outside the concert, Rodrigo spent time in Manila visiting cultural and historical sites. She toured Intramuros by bicycle with her father and visited Sarsa restaurant, where she was hosted by chefs JP Anglo and Kim Yumol. The meal included a traditional boodle fight featuring seafood, rice, and fruit served on banana leaves. She also mentioned halo-halo as one of her favorite Filipino desserts and referred to her family’s roots in the country.

Rodrigo later shared her appreciation for the visit, saying, “Seeing the Philippines was absolutely incredible… Mahal kita.”
